What is IBEX?
IBEX is an offline-first point-of-sale and restaurant-management platform built for restaurants, cafés and delivery kitchens, wherever they trade.
IBEX runs your front-of-house and back-office from one platform: taking orders at the till and on waiters' phones, sending them to the kitchen, dispatching deliveries, taking payment with the right tax for your country, and passing the day's figures to your accounts. It is offline-first — every terminal keeps trading from its own local database when the internet drops, then syncs automatically when the connection returns.
What IBEX covers
- Point of Sale — dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders on an Android tablet or phone, a Windows PC or a browser, plus a waiter app for table service.
- Kitchen Display — live tickets for each station, with timers; the kitchen marks food Ready and the waiter, till or rider hands it over (Pro and Enterprise plans).
- Delivery & riders — a dispatch board plus a separate app on riders' phones.
- Your ordering website — customers order for delivery or pickup from your own site.
- Payments & tax — cash, card, split, credit and more, with VAT or GST set by your country, and e-invoicing where IBEX supports it.
- Reports & day close — sales and tax reports and the Z-Report.
- Accounting — balanced vouchers posted into Tally Prime, or a journal file for Zoho Books.
Who IBEX is for
Single outlets and multi-branch groups alike. On the Enterprise plan one licence runs several branches, each with its own menu, staff, printers and reports, while head office sees them all.
