Take a takeaway order
Takeaway issues a token number so the customer knows when to collect.
- Choose Takeaway.
- Optionally add the customer's name and phone.
- Add items and tap Send to Kitchen.
- The token number prints on its own stub and on the receipt; the kitchen ticket carries it too.
Items with a packaging fee add it to takeaway bills automatically. When the food is ready, tap Handed to customer — on the order, or under Bills → Awaiting collection. A takeaway handed to the customer counts as served.
Tip
Use the customer's name or phone on the order so collection is unambiguous at a busy counter.
