Install the POS Android app
Put the till on an Android tablet or phone.
- On the sign-in screen, tap Download Apps and install the ibex POS app (allow installs from this source if asked). It needs Android 7.0 or later.
- Open it and connect the terminal: scan or paste the setup code from Admin → System Settings → Add another terminal.
- Sign in — the tablet registers against your licence.
Important
If the licence has no free place, sign-in still completes, but the tablet shows the device-limit banner and takes no new orders — free a place in Devices or ask IBEX to raise the limit, then tap Try again on the tablet.
