Take a dine-in order
Seat a table, build the order and send it to the kitchen.
- Choose Dine In and pick the table (Select Table).
- Tap items to add them — items with sizes or options open a customise window. Add a note from the line's note button.
- Review the order panel, then tap Send to Kitchen.
- The kitchen gets the ticket — on its screen (Pro and Enterprise plans) and on its kitchen printers.
Tip
You can keep adding rounds to the same table — each Send to Kitchen sends only the new lines.
Repeat a previous order
Reorder lists the earlier paid bills this till holds for this table (dine-in) or for the customer's phone number (takeaway and delivery), however long ago they were; with none, it says No earlier paid bills for this table or customer on this till. Reorder These Items adds one again with its quantities, sizes and options, at today's prices; a dish no longer on the menu is left out, and the till names it.
