Settle rider cash
Count the cash a rider collected at the door into the till.
- In Manager → Rider Dispatch, find the rider under Riders and tap Settle cash.
- IBEX shows the Expected amount and the runs behind it.
- Count the cash and type the counted amount — zero or more (a comma as the decimal mark and Arabic-Indic digits are read too). If the count is short or over, say why in Note (why the count is short or over). Enter the manager PIN and tap Confirm handover.
Any difference is shown as a variance before you confirm, and is recorded, not hidden. The handover then appears under Cash settled today.
Note
Only cash is settled — card payments and orders paid online never pass through the rider's hands. Cash a rider holds is not in the till until it is settled here.
Tip
Settle every rider before they leave — unsettled cash is unreconciled cash.
