Updated 30 Sep 2026Payments
Cash
Counted at the drawer; change is worked out for you.
Card
Taken on your own card machine; the cashier types the slip's approval code.
Split
Part cash, part card on one bill — when switched on in Admin, and not on deliveries.
Credit
A trusted customer pays later; a manager records each payment — in full or in part, by cash, card or bank transfer — in Manager → Credit Sales.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby, Tamara
Under MORE, when the restaurant takes them: an admin ticks them in Admin → System Settings → Payments. Until then a restaurant in a Gulf country is offered all four and one elsewhere — India included — the two wallets only. Taken on your machine or the customer's app, and recorded with its approval code. A method switched off is not on the till, and the server refuses it.
Complimentary
Under MORE, unless an admin has unticked it in Payments. The whole bill with no payment collected, with a reason.
Voucher
Under MORE, offered only while the branch has at least one active gift voucher. The cashier types the code and taps Check; the voucher must cover the bill. A manager issues vouchers in Manager → Void & Discount → Gift vouchers. A voucher payment is not refunded from the till's Refund.
Paid online / Paid on platform
Recorded automatically: website orders paid online and platform orders already paid arrive on the till as paid.
Booking deposit
A reservation's booking fee, applied to the bill as a payment.

Every tender counts in the day's totals and the Z-Report, and each maps to a Tally ledger for posting.
