An app won't load or shows a white screen
A rare loading problem, usually cleared by reopening.
- Close the app completely and reopen it.
- On a browser terminal, reload the page.
- If it started after an update, the previous build comes back by itself when the new one fails to start.

Important
Don't uninstall the app to fix it: uninstalling on Android deletes the terminal's local data, including sales it has not sent yet. Installing the latest build over the top keeps it.
