Add a menu item (English & Arabic)

Create a sellable item with both languages, a price and a category.

Go to Admin → Menu Management and press Add Item.
On Basic Info, enter the English and Arabic names and pick the Category — the item's tax group, and so its VAT rate, follows the category.
Set the price. Optional: description, calories, prep time, a packaging fee (added to takeaway bills), zone prices and kitchen stations (leave the stations empty and the category decides).
Add a photo on Photo & Media, and sizes or add-ons on Variants & Add-ons.
Press Save Item. Modifier groups are added after the first save — reopen the item.

Tip

A clear Arabic name matters — it's what Arabic-speaking staff and the Arabic receipt show. Categories take an Arabic name too — see how the menu is structured.
