Sales by category, and dishes made
How categories contribute, and what the kitchen made.
- Open Admin → Reports & Analytics and choose the period.
- Sales by Category shows each category's share of revenue; dishes no longer on the menu appear as Other.
- With the Kitchen Display, the Per dish table in the Kitchen card lists how many of each dish the kitchen tapped done, and its average prep time.
Note
There is no report that ranks sales item by item. The Z-Report also lists sales by category for its shift.
Tip
The per-dish table fills only when cooks tap each line done on the kitchen screen — Mark Ready alone does not count dishes one by one.
