The dispatch board
Where delivery orders wait for a rider, and where you follow them out and back.
Open Manager → Rider Dispatch. The board shows:
- Waiting for a rider — orders to assign.
- Out with a rider — who has what, and each order's stage.
- Live map — riders and drop-off points. A rider's position is sent while the rider app is open on their screen, from assignment until the delivery is finished, and the map shows how old each position is.
- Riders — who is on shift (Put on shift / End shift; if either fails, the board says why), what each is carrying, and the cash each holds (Settle cash).
- Needs attention, delivery activity and the deliveries completed today.
- Driver performance — each rider's delivered and failed runs, times and cash over Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or All time. Outstanding is what each rider holds now.
Every picked-up run under Out with a rider has Mark delivered and Mark failed, for managers and admins — for a rider who delivered but cannot close it on the phone (flat battery, no signal). Either is recorded under your name, and no door code is needed; on a run that carries one, the button reads Mark delivered without the code.
- Mark delivered asks how it was paid: cash with the rider, card (the approval code is required), or already paid at the restaurant (only on a bill already paid).
- Mark failed needs a short reason — what happened. The order goes back to Waiting for a rider to be sent again, and a paid order also appears under Needs attention for a re-dispatch or a refund.
