Plans, licence and device limit
What your plan includes, and what the licence controls.
Every plan runs the full till, delivery and the rider app, website ordering, reservations, purchases and expenses, Tally, e-invoicing, printing and NFC. Four features depend on the plan:

- A feature your plan doesn't include shows locked, with the plan that has it — ask IBEX to change the plan; terminals pick the change up within seconds.
- The licence also sets how many devices can register — usually 2 on Starter, 6 on Pro and 10 on Enterprise.
- If a licence lapses, new orders stop, but existing orders and reports stay available.
- From 30 days before a paid licence ends (7 days for a trial), IBEX shows how many days are left. A renewal is added to the current expiry, so renewing early loses no days.
Note
Activate license key (in Devices) is only for self-hosted restaurants: the key must match this restaurant's ID, and the server checks it.
