Station tabs and the whole-order view
Each station sees its own lines; the All tab shows whole orders for the pass.
The tabs across the top of the kitchen screen are your restaurant's stations — the Print Areas set in Admin → System Settings → Printer Targets (five built-in stations until you add your own). A ticket appears on the tab of every station one of its lines is routed to. On a station tab, lines cooked elsewhere are shown faded as Prepared at …, so the cook still sees the whole order.
- Pick this screen's station from the tabs — the screen remembers it.
- Use All at the pass to check complete orders before they go out.
- To change where a dish goes, change the menu — see kitchen stations and print routing.
Tip
With automatic printing on, a screen set to one station prints only that station's tickets; a screen on All prints them all.
