Recall a handed-over order
Marked served by mistake? Bring the order back to the kitchen board.
- On the kitchen screen, tap Recall last handed-over order in the top bar.
- Check it is the right order, then tap Recall Order.
- It returns to the board as Ready, marked RECALLED, and the hand-over is undone.
Note
Recall works for the most recent hand-over, and only within the recall window — 10 minutes unless an admin changes Recall Ticket Window in Admin → System Settings → Kitchen Display Timers. After that the screen says the window has expired.
