Staff performance
See what each member of staff handled.
- Admin → Reports & Analytics → Waiter Performance — orders and the average order for each person over the chosen period, credited to whoever billed the order.
- Manager → Staff Performance — the open day, the same figures as the X-Report (with no day open: today's paid sales on that device): orders, revenue and voids per person — a missing name shows as Not recorded — plus each kitchen station's items and times.
- The Z-Report — a staff block for the closed shift.
- Manager → Rider Dispatch → Driver performance — each rider's runs and cash over the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days (the default) or all time.
Note
IBEX does not count covers (guests), so there is no per-cover figure.
