Set up a printer (network, Bluetooth or USB)

Add a printer and point receipts or kitchen tickets at it.

Updated 30 Sep 2026Hardware & Devices
  1. Open Admin → System Settings → Printer Targets and tap Add Printer.
  2. Choose where it is used — Receipt, or Kitchen and its station.
  3. Choose how it connects, tap Scan for printers or type its address, name it, and tap Save printer.
  4. Tap Test on the new printer.
Wi-Fi / Ethernet (LAN)
The most dependable option. Give the printer a fixed IP address; the Android and Windows apps reach it on port 9100.
Bluetooth
Android app only. Pair the printer in Android's Bluetooth settings first.
USB / Windows printer
A printer installed on a Windows PC, driven by the Windows app's print service.
Note

The paper width is the restaurant's default Receipt Width (80mm or 58mm) under Admin → System Settings → Hardware & Printing; a till or kitchen screen that has set its own paper width keeps it. There is no separate printer-port setting: a printer is reached at the address given here.

Tip

Fixed IP addresses matter — a network printer that gets a new address from the router silently stops printing.
